This page describes, in plain terms, how Autonomous Flow handles your information. It is a summary and will be expanded as the product matures.
Information we collect
When you sign in, we use Google OAuth to authenticate you. We receive your name and email address from Google to identify your account and check it against the workspace allowlist. We do not receive your Google password.
How we use it
- To authenticate you and authorize access to your workspaces.
- To operate the engine on your behalf and attribute work, cost, and audit records to your account.
- To communicate with you about your account and the service.
Your content and data
Autonomous Flow operates on the projects and content you connect. That content is used solely to perform the work you direct — planning, producing, reviewing, and delivering — and to display status, cost, and history back to you.
Third-party services
The engine sends prompts and the context of your work to AI model providers (such as Anthropic's Claude) to perform its work. Those providers process that data under their own terms. We surface the token and dollar cost of every such operation.
Data retention
Account and audit records are retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Contact
For privacy questions or requests, contact the workspace administrator or your Autonomous Flow account contact.
